We’ve been blessed to witness our customers celebrate some of life’s biggest moments in our restaurants. From anniversaries to birthdays, graduations, promotions, and beyond, the joy felt in those moments is what drives us to create exceptional experiences time and time again.

It’s what drove Nate Lawrence to build Kompass Kulinary. From the back of the house to the front of the house, Nate has spent 34 years in the restaurant industry. This experience has led us to our core values and the importance of a strong team. Throughout his career, has always stood by his motto, “If we take care of our staff, they will take care of our guests.”

Kompass Kulinary – through servant leadership, an amazing culture, and the best team in the industry – continues to expand across the Denver metropolitan with several new restaurants beginning in 2023

Charitable Events & Contributions

Investing back into our community is an integral part of Kompass Kulinary. We donate our time and resources to charitable events throughout the year as well as financial donations to charities including the Denver Rescue Mission and Melanoma Foundation.
